God Went Surfing With the Devil is a documentary film about life in Israel and Gaza. I don't know too much about the documentary (I'm not even sure if it's out) but the website for the documentary has some beautiful photographs and some really sobering anecdotes that depict the difficulties of life in this part of the world.
