Alejandro Jodorowsky

Alejandro Jodorowsky is a remarkable film director that I have meant to plug for a long time. He's celebrated within film circles but is generally unknown within the mainstream- which is unfortunate given how influential his filmic aesthetic is on modern cinema.

Jodorowsky's films are ambitious, absurd and amazing. I have always appreciated the scale of his films- from his sets, to the cinematography to the intensity of the story lines.
