Laura Archer has been freed!

CBC news just called me to inform me that Laura Archer, a Montreal-based painter that lives in the same building as the Emporium Gallery, has been freed by her kidnappers in Sudan. This is fantastic news!!! Laura's a selfless individual who has numerously volunteered her nursing skills in Africa. We're glad to know that she's safe and sound.
