All Hail Rick Froberg!
Is Rick Froberg genetically wired to rip at all things creative? An unbelievably talented illustrator (click here to see his work), Froberg has also played in such seminal bands as Drive Like Jehu and Hot Snakes. Anyway, he's now playing in Obits and they're great. If you like Hot Snakes, you'll like Obits which utilizes Froberg's signature twangy, surfy guitar style and urgent vocals. Correction- this poster was designed by Scott Gursky, the drummer in Rick's band Obits, not Rick himself. All silk-screened posters for the band have been made by Gursky, Rick does the album art.
